In order to counteract these economic losses and to better position itself as a company in the market, the existing OHM of this company is to be analysed and optimised. The aim of the work is to create a concept for optimising the BGM. In the form of a situation analysis of the current state, suggestions and improvement measures are to be worked out that have a positive effect on the employee environment as well as on the company's development. In addition, the managing director of OSA Sicherheitslösungen GmbH should be made aware of the necessity of a BGM and the necessary process steps for the introduction of a BGM in the company should be shown.
