Constitutional diagnostics and therapy are central elements of the practical work with Traditional European Naturopathy/Medicine, TEN / TEM. The analysis of the genetically laid out, but epigenetically individualized patterns of the functioning of the organ systems, as well as their adaptation, overcoming and healing strategies, allows on the one hand to recognize the systemic pathophysiological backgrounds of chronic diseases in particular, and on the other hand represents the basis of therapy concepts whose goal is the fundamental constitutional stabilization of the whole organism. Thus, the focus is less on the elimination of current symptoms than on the activation of meaningful endogenous healing mechanisms, avoidance of recurrences, shifting and complication of disease processes also in a prophylactic or salutogenetic sense.
