Konflikte bewältigen, Blockaden überwinden

Conflicts are part of every school day. If they are ignored, they can grow into teaching and learning blockades and often even block all communication in a school. Then the question becomes leading: How can the conflicts or blockades be dealt with in a solution-oriented and effective way in the interest of all? In addition to systemic basics, this book describes concrete tools of systemic pedagogy consisting of communicative attitudes, techniques and strategies. These are transferred to problem and conflict areas of school (e.g. dealing with rule violations and disciplinary difficulties, challenging behaviour, conflicts in the college) and thus possibilities for action for their solution are developed. For all topics, there are examples from school practice as well as exercises, instructions and checklists - also available as online material - to help students improve the theoretical knowledge they have acquired.
