This book is a compendium of victimological work as a social worker and in related professions over more than 10 years of activity in the justice sector. It is based on the experience of actively intervening in the fundamental rights or basic needs of people in the areas of health, education, and social programs. The work is aimed at vulnerable individuals and requires us to be prepared and to take immediate action from the social sciences. This includes quick and timely intervention in complex and high-risk situations, which necessitates continuous training with specialized knowledge. Additionally, personal and professional conditions must align with values and positive attitudes to adequately respond to the complex and multidimensional needs of the people we serve. This is done in a swift and efficient manner.
