Kommentar zum Planungs- und Baugesetz des Kantons St. Gallen

The revised Planning and Building Law of the Canton of St. Gallen is comprehensively commented and discussed. At the same time, the reference of the cantonal planning and building law as a whole as well as of the individual legal provisions to the relevant federal law, in particular to the spatial planning and environmental legislation, is established. Thus, the commentary does not only deal with cantonal law. It serves as an example for other similarly structured cantonal enactments in the area of building and planning law. Thus, this commentary is not only a valuable tool for everyday legal work, but it should also serve as an orientation aid and a useful reference work for all actors who are active in any form of public building law in Switzerland.
