The fully revised and significantly expanded third edition of the commentary on the Equal Opportunities Act (GlG) takes into account the changes to the law (mandatory wage analysis) that have occurred since the previous edition in 2009, current court practices, as well as newly published Swiss and selected foreign literature. The new edition addresses the conceptually relevant questions of gender equality today and their implications for the GlG, aligning with the needs of practitioners.
