Inclusion and integration are the key terms currently dominating special education. However, in school practice, the issues of integration and inclusion are becoming more pressing due to a growing student population, whose challenging behaviors increasingly push teachers and other educational professionals to the limits of their capabilities. Students who are impaired in their emotional and social development pose a problem in everyday school life as well as in the classroom.
