Insight into Prana Healing, Healing with Hands, and Self-Healing

The simple yet immensely effective method of Prana healing taught by Master Choa is the oldest form of natural healing. It is based on the transfer of the universal life force Prana, known as Ki in Japan and Qi or Chi in China, to the patient. Diseases occur only when the intake of Prana is impaired by disturbances in the chakra system. Thus, the distribution of this life energy in the body can be hindered by blockages in the meridians, or there may be a permanent loss of energy due to holes in the aura. Prana healing has nothing to do with miraculous healing. One does not need to be born a healer or possess supernatural abilities. In principle, anyone can learn and apply the techniques of Prana healing.
