Mein Körper, mein Trauma, mein Ich

A trauma that has not been healed continues to live in the body and manifests itself through pain, inflammation, or illness. Therefore, each bodily symptom contains a piece of life history. Through the method developed by Franz Ruppert called "Setting up the Concern," traumas can be reconstructed and resolved, while simultaneously supporting the body's self-healing powers.
