Product details
A reprint of the first edition of the legendary Cologne classic from 1965 with an up-to-date afterword by Professor Johannes Schilling. This legendary book on the history of Cologne was published in a total of twelve editions. We present a reprint of the first edition from 1965: Cologne before, during and after the Second World War. Early photographs show Old Cologne before the Second World War. The rubble pictures document the catastrophic destruction of Cologne and photographs of the rebuilt city open our eyes to the beauty of Cologne at the beginning of the 1960s.
