Dr. Peter E. Ballmer, the former chief physician for internal medicine at the Cantonal Hospital Winterthur, has been recognized for years as an expert in healthy nutrition. One of his main interests is the management of risk factors in coronary heart disease. Ballmer was the first in Switzerland to introduce the Mediterranean diet as a preventive measure for heart patients in his clinic.

Erica Bänziger is a certified nutritionist and lecturer at a school for natural health practitioners. She conducts cooking classes for both professionals and amateurs, consistently demonstrating how enjoyable healthy eating can be with her recipes.

Maya Rühlin is the head of nutritional counseling at the Cantonal Hospital Winterthur. She is a member of the Swiss Association of Certified Nutritionists and serves on the board of GESKES. For many years, she has been intensively engaged as a recognized expert in preventive nutrition related to cardiovascular diseases, particularly focusing on malnutrition, especially in individuals with cancer.
