The course-like structure continues in the second "Kreschendo" volume. Unlike the first volume, where the allegorical figures Pulsus and Elodie maintain the narrative thread, the musical learning content of volumes 3/4 is embedded in themes familiar to primary school children from their everyday lives. In the workbook section, they engage with these five themes over the two school years: Living, Fantasy Places, On the Go, In the City, and Music In and Around Us. The musical learning content is skillfully intertwined with the smaller units of the themes. For each theme, there are four to six double-page units available.
