The Klett Elementary School Bible has been specifically designed for use in primary schools. What makes it special is that the Bible is based on a didactic concept that provides a comprehensive foundation for using the Bible in your teaching. The elementary school Bible includes all important standard texts as well as lesser-known biblical passages that are nonetheless very rich in content. The selection of texts is particularly aligned with the theological conception of the work (views of God, views of humanity, handling of sexuality and violence, etc.). The order of the texts in the elementary school Bible is traditional: it is divided into the Old and New Testaments. The texts remain close to the original. Special emphasis is placed on comprehensibility for children: the sentences are short and concise, many text-linking elements are used, and difficult words are explained.
