The Austrian baking professional Christian Ofner is known to a wide audience from TV cooking shows such as "Frisch gekocht" and through his appearances with master chefs like Toni Mörwald and Johann Lafer. In his first book, he explores the subject of small pastries, teaching the necessary basic knowledge through many step-by-step pictures and presenting numerous recipe ideas, from classic to unusual:
