Hoffmann in 1984, he has contributed to bringing a large audience to engage with the lives and works of literary and philosophical classics. Now, he has met with his long-time publisher Michael Krüger and journalist Martin Meyer for a conversation that also revolves around the question of what role the classics play in our lives.
