Kinesiologie

This work deals with kinesiology and its special application in elementary school classes. The first step describes what kinesiology is and how it affects or can affect people. Subsequently, the learning and the brain activity associated with it are described in more detail. It will be shown how a regular application of the movement exercises in the classroom promotes, above all, the pupils' willingness to learn and concentrate. Through interviews with primary school teachers who use kinesiology exercises in their classes, we will find out which exercises are used for which goals and how they can best be incorporated into everyday teaching.
