The Yearbook on Social Insurance Law (JaSo) 2019 covers a wide range of topics in this year's edition. The first part traditionally focuses on legislation, with this year's emphasis on the upcoming first revision of the ATSG. The second part systematically organizes and summarizes the case law of the Federal Court from summer 2017 to summer 2018, with critical evaluations by the editor and editor-in-chief in certain areas. The third part consists of essays by various authors addressing current practical issues.
