In this book, Alexandra Skirde, a holistic health consultant, Vegan Raw Chef, and known as the food blogger 'rawandsexy', presents her latest culinary creations. This time, she focuses on vegan recipes that are free from fat, nuts, and salt, which can be easily prepared by beginners, staying true to her motto 'Keep it simple'. Additionally, the liver is relieved, making the diet easier to digest. The author was advised by her friend, health coach Bernd Bissinger, who lives the 'Medical Medium Way of Life', during the development of the book. This collaboration allowed for the creation of these enchanting and pure recipes, which he also explains in the included foreword. Alexandra shares her immense expertise not only through her books but also on her website and social media channels in the form of workshops and consultations, as well as speaking at events and trade fairs. She advises numerous private individuals as well as restaurants and hotels in Germany and abroad on how to prepare healthy, delicious vegan food. Additionally, she is a member of the competence team of the vegan organic restaurant concept 'ALGE'. She lives with her husband in Düsseldorf.
