Kapitän Relaxi-Praxishandbuch

For many years, I have been offering relaxation courses for children. For kindergarten-aged children, fantasy journeys with autogenic content enhance the effectiveness of relaxation techniques. This is why I created Captain Relaxi. He is a lovable and wise pirate captain who, along with his Relaxi crew, aims to find the great treasure of Autogenius Relaxius. Captain Relaxi takes the children on a journey across the world's oceans. Along the way, they discover seven different islands and meet their native inhabitants, who each share a magical spell. Isola Kosti is the last of the islands, where the great treasure of Autogenius Relaxius is also located. Finding it is the goal of the entire Relaxi crew under the leadership of their captain. Only when all the children know and can recite the spells from all the islands can the treasure of Autogenius Relaxius be unlocked. In a playful manner, the children learn the formulas of classic autogenic training. Motivated to find the treasure, they practice the magical phrases from each island at home.
