Please note that the content of this book mainly consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free online sources. József Takács (June 30, 1904 - September 3, 1983) was a Hungarian national football player who played 32 international matches and scored 26 goals between 1923 and 1933. He participated in the 1924 Summer Olympics. Takács, who played as a forward, was a club footballer for Vasas SC and Ferencváros. Forwards, also known as strikers, are the players in a football team who play closest to the opponent's goal and are therefore primarily responsible for scoring goals. This highly advanced position and their limited defensive duties mean that forwards typically score more goals than other players; consequently, they are often among the most well-known and expensive players on their teams. This is one of the most demanding positions in modern football; it requires intelligence.
