Children's rights do not have to be acquired or earned. Every child is entitled to them simply because he or she is a child. In the day care centre, the child rights approach has an impact on the mission statement and the concept, the design of everyday life, the pedagogical offers, the handling of conflicts and complaints and the cooperation with parents.
