This text reveals various facts about the origins of the Jewish Jesus. Through it, some central statements of the Gospels appear more than questionable. It includes content-related, geographical, political, and temporal facts. The author presents a different picture of Jesus's life through his research than what the Catholic doctrine has propagated for 2000 years. An important aspect for him is the activity of the community in Qumran and the discovery of the scrolls. Even more so, the scientifically scandalous publication of these scrolls, or rather their non-publication and the concealment by the powerful and the papal biblical commission in the Catholic center of Rome. His findings are based on outstanding works by Robert H. Eisenman and, posthumously, his students, as well as André Lemaire and Johannes Fried, but also on Roman history concerning the power dynamics in Palestine in the first century BCE and the first century CE.
In particular, the emergence of Saul, later Paul, who did not know Jesus personally, led to the formation of the Apostle Peter Paul and, with him and his missionary journeys, to the rise of Christianity.
