Jesu Botschaft für uns heute

This book aims to bridge the joyful message of Jesus with the Church as the Body of Christ, of which all believers are members. The Anglican Church in Germany, the via media church, connects tradition with modernity, and the sermons create a link from the early Church and the Church Fathers, martyrs, and apostles to us today. Preaching is one of the main tasks of the priest. In addition to administering the sacraments and being a shepherd to the flock, the sermon must open the mind, heart, and ear to the Gospel of Christ. The message of Jesus is more relevant than ever and is needed in our society today. It should be a source of living faith and Christian life; a mirror of the heart, soul, and the words and deeds for everyone. The thoughts expressed here are not dogma, not perfect, nor do they claim to be all-encompassing. They are meant to inspire, guide, and excite us about the message of Jesus to humanity today. May the Lord bless and guide us under His cross, so that we may grow in Him and He in us. Amen.
