Jenseits der Gier

Kassandra Bergen, an experienced senior physician at the Eschenberg Psychiatric Clinic, seeks distraction from pressing family tensions. She is more than happy to support her best friend Martin Rychener when he is asked for help by a former schoolmate: Eric Dubach, a professor of theoretical physics at the University of Bern, is worried about his elderly mother Anna, who is seemingly becoming increasingly eccentric and developing paranoia. Kassandra and Martin quickly discover that there is not a psychiatric disorder behind Anna Dubach's mysterious experiences, but rather that she is being pursued by unknown individuals. But why? What do the anonymous perpetrators intend? In their quest for answers, Kassandra and Martin delve into dangerous depths.
