Jekologicheskie osobennosti mikrosporogeneza u Hippophajo rhamnoides L.

The specialist book "Ecological Features of Microsporogenesis in Hippophae rhamnoides L." offers a comprehensive analysis of the microsporogenic processes in various hybrids of Hippophae rhamnoides. It presents the results of a comparative study that examines the development of the male gametophyte and identifies the critical temperature conditions for each phase of microsporogenesis. Additionally, morphometric characteristics and quality indicators such as the content of proline and starch in mature pollen are investigated. The dynamics of germination and growth of pollen tubes in vitro are also analyzed for promising breeding hybrids. The findings expand the existing knowledge about the ecology and biology of the reproductive process of Hippophae rhamnoides and contribute to improving the selection criteria for male hybrids.
