This 19th volume of the yearbook series "Business Law Switzerland - EU" documents current developments in key areas of EU business law and their significance for Switzerland. Various areas of law relevant to business are covered, including capital market law, intellectual property law, labour law, tax law and competition law. The yearbook is aimed at corporate, commercial and administrative lawyers as well as judges and lawyers and offers them a compact overview of the most important legislative initiatives, new legal acts and judgements issued in the past year 2023. This edition of the yearbook is again published by EIZ Publishing, both as a freely available e-book (open access) and in printed form (print on demand).
