Interventionsmethoden im Coaching

While toolbooks are frequently offered in the coaching market, a theory-driven approach is rather rare. Typically, individuals seek coaching to solve a specific problem or to further develop themselves. To achieve this through coaching, a scientifically grounded concept is required, which provides coaches with guidance on the necessary process steps to support coaching participants in a solution-oriented manner. This volume first presents the systemic-solution-oriented concept from which the management of a change process is derived. In Chapter 2, the author discusses the relationship and proportionality between concept, phase sequence, and method. In addition to concept-based approaches, an ethically grounded methodology in coaching is a prerequisite for the professional application of methods. Therefore, ethical guidelines are emphasized.
