Interpretieren im Lateinunterricht

The handbook offers practical advice on developing interpretations for texts in the textbook and reading phases. Four important interpretation concepts are presented and new points of view are introduced by consistently exploiting and expanding pedagogical interpretation. From this, tasks are developed that combine text-analytical with productive-creative procedures and especially give wide scope to quid ad discipulos? A wide-ranging catalogue of operators and further methodological-didactic possibilities expand the range of instruments. The power of images in particular is a central topic. Making images usable for interpretation is often didactically helpful. The heterogeneity of the pupils demands that different learning levels be taken into account: through horizontal differentiation, defined as multiplication or specialisation of tasks and activities.
