Is that right? What kind of goods are these that can supposedly be syndicated so easily? Which companies have what interest in making their goods available through syndication? Are there any implications for consumers? How does the idea influence current discussions, such as those about the "long tail economy" postulated by Chris Anderson? This book tries to find answers to these questions. It deals with the special characteristics of digital goods and examines their suitability for intermediation and syndication.
