Abstract: To date, intercultural systemic coaching is a theoretically disregarded coaching approach. The central question is how the theoretical concept of intercultural systemic coaching can be described and what its potential practical characteristics and consequences are. Hence, this paper delivers theoretical fundamentals of systemic, culture, and coaching theories to combine them, thereby creating a fundamental understanding of the coaching modes relevant to intercultural coaching in practice. From the angle of constructivism, systemic coaching is viewed as an approach, specifically as a manner and mode of how intercultural coaching can be conducted.
