Interaktion von Strafverfolgungsbehörden mit Finanzinstituten im Bereich der Geldwäschebekämpfung

The monograph focuses on the examination of the collaboration between law enforcement agencies and financial institutions in the fight against money laundering, aiming to identify areas for improvement. Special attention is given to the authors' understanding of the concept of interaction between law enforcement agencies and financial institutions in the context of combating money laundering, as well as the identification of characteristics of such interaction and its legal basis. It becomes evident that each form of interaction has its own methods aimed at ensuring effective cooperation between law enforcement agencies and financial institutions. Based on the analysis of legal acts and the generalization of foreign experiences in the interaction of these entities, it is proposed to develop a methodology for the interaction of law enforcement agencies with financial institutions in the area of money laundering. This is of interest to scholars, educators, students, doctoral candidates, and anyone engaged in the issue of interaction between law enforcement agencies and financial institutions in the fight against money laundering.
