In JRGS 13, the three major interview books are combined, in which Joseph Ratzinger, as Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, sought to engage in dialogue with the times and responded to pressing questions from people about faith, the Church, and living out one's faith. The insights into his thinking create a dialogue with each individual reader and simultaneously lead to a deeper understanding of contemporary theology and the situation of the Church and society in the 21st century.
