Product details

The Palestinian Taysir Abu Saada spent his early years in Saudi Arabia. As a teenager, he became disillusioned: the leaders of the Arab countries repeatedly promised their people to erase Israel from the map. But they never fulfilled their promise. Instead, they only faced defeats. This, in turn, paved the way for another charismatic leader: Yasser Arafat, whose star rose rapidly. He urged the Palestinians to take their fate into their own hands. At the age of 17, Taysir joined Arafat's resistance fighters and became a member of Fatah. As a sniper, he lay in wait, and as a commando fighter, he carried out operations. His unwavering motto was: "Only a dead Jew is a good Jew." Later, Taysir became what he would have least expected: a Christian.
