Icebreakers are games and exercises designed to bring people of all ages together. Whether for getting to know each other, loosening up, team building, or simply having fun, they can also enhance creativity or warm up the body and voice. Icebreakers promote a positive atmosphere and strengthen the social structures of a group through music and interaction. In choir work, movement, tuning in, and shared interactions are central elements—both in weekly rehearsals and during rehearsal weekends or choir gatherings. With icebreakers, time flies by, and the common goal is reached more quickly with good spirits.
