Relaxing and falling asleep can be a significant challenge, especially for highly sensitive children. Physical tension and heavy thoughts often prevent them from calming down.

The card set 'I Let Go of My Day' offers 40 short bedtime rituals as a playful tool to soothe the senses of highly sensitive children and prepare them for a restful night:

• Each evening, the child draws ritual cards with simple exercises from the categories 'I Let Go of Physical Tension and Heavy Feelings', 'I Let Go of Heavy Thoughts', 'I Embrace Physical Relaxation', 'I Embrace Appreciative Thoughts', and practices them with their parents.
• Parents can playfully assist with the bedtime routine using the cards.
• Through the rituals, children learn to let go of feelings and manage stimuli.
• This knowledge can then be applied by the children in kindergarten or school settings.
• Accompanied by a guidebook.

The card set was developed by diploma social educator and learning therapist Melanie Vita, who has dedicated over 10 years to the topic of high sensitivity and works to empower highly sensitive individuals in their development and to rekindle their resources.
