The title "First Aid German - Literacy for Adults - Motion Exercises" is aimed at all adults who are being literate or semi-literate, particularly asylum seekers with Arabic or Persian as their mother tongue. Through motion and writing exercises, all letters from A to Z, as well as umlauts and ss, are introduced and practiced. On the left side, the uppercase letter is practiced, while the lowercase letter is practiced on the right side. For each letter, there are 1 to 2 body motion exercises (with photos) using the whole arm, along with several writing motion exercises. The double page concludes with a picture strip featuring three images that represent the letter in a word, where the letter must be filled in independently. The body motion exercises are ideal for speakers of languages that read from right to left. As additional material, the title complements the teaching resource Schritte plus Alpha.
