Product details

HR Change Management describes the support and involvement of employees in change processes, using the example of RLH Mostviertel Mitte. It begins with a general explanation of what is meant by change management and the significance of changes for employees. The main part of this work focuses on communication during change processes as well as the inclusion and participation of employees. The conclusion presents possible employee resistance and how to deal with it. The aim is to highlight the potential impacts of change processes on employees and to demonstrate how changes can be implemented in a way that employees do not resist them but rather accept, support, or even desire them. To add a practical component to this topic, an actual project was conducted alongside the literature research.
