Holistic Spirituality: the Key to the New Era. The call for a "radical" shift in consciousness, both in the sciences and in religions, is becoming increasingly urgent. But what should this shift in consciousness look like? How can humanity find its balance and center again in today's time of extremes? The answer from the theistic mystery schools is: through holistic spirituality. "Holistic" has become a buzzword, but it originally refers to the consistent middle path that recognizes and avoids all forms of one-sidedness and half-truths. Only when we recognize wholeness - and not just unity - have we found the key to the new era. Buddhism refers to this as the "narrow path," Jesus speaks of the "narrow gate to the kingdom of heaven," and Indian mysticism refers to the path of truth.
