Assessments in der Rehabilitation

After the release of Volume 2 (Musculoskeletal System) last year, Volume 1 (Neurology) from the author group has now been reissued, completing the series "Assessments in Rehabilitation." The new edition has been revised and includes eight new assessments, such as DEMMI and the Mini-BESTest. The authors' approach remains unchanged, focusing on evaluating and describing selected neurological assessments based on scientific criteria, supplemented by recommendations for use in diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment outcomes. With this knowledge, physiotherapists can choose the appropriate assessments for their specific purposes. The assessment results capture the rehabilitation treatment goals: to enable affected individuals to achieve the best possible independence and functionality, in the service of social participation.
