10 Tischtennisstunden (Klasse 8-10)

The Sports Pocket Book is the supplement and continuation of the Sports Pocket volume on table tennis for grades 5-7. The teaching of sports games in table tennis follows a vertical progression in the curriculum. The content and standards expand in terms of difficulty levels and complexity from grades 5-7 to grades 8-10 and up to the upper secondary level (grades 11 to 13). Therefore, the game and exercise forms from both volumes can also be selectively chosen and used in upper secondary classes. In this volume 7, the backhand topspin and serve, backhand push and serve, forehand push and serve, forehand and backhand topspin against pushes, topspin and block, forehand smash, serve training, as well as singles and doubles play are implemented in 10 tested lessons.
