Hochsensitiv: Einfach anders und trotzdem ganz normal

A major topic: 15 percent of all people are highly sensitive. Each of us has highly sensitive individuals in our surroundings. However, those affected often do not realize that they are highly sensitive. The only thing they know is that they have always felt somewhat different from others, which makes them feel excluded and alone. They are highly perceptive and experience themselves, their environment, and even moods more intensely and in greater detail. Social gatherings, noise, loud music, stress, and bright lights are unbearable for them and overstimulate their nervous system. They find it difficult to cope with this flood of stimuli, which is completely unproblematic for non-sensitive individuals. However, high sensitivity is not the same for everyone: depending on the individual expression of the components of sensitivity to stimuli, sensitivity, and intelligence, it manifests in various forms.
