The book provides the first assessment of the legendary Swiss women's network "Planning Architecture Women" (P, A, F.). The network was established in 1994 to promote the visibility and participation of women in planning and construction professions and was dissolved in 2012. At that time, it was decided to document the history of P, A, F. with the aim of drawing lessons for current and future networks. However, the book does not only look back. It also includes around a dozen evaluations from active networkers in architecture, construction, and planning. Another chapter lists success criteria and no-gos for networks. The book features a foreword by Beatrice Aebi, President of the Women+SIA Network.
