Ho oponopono

Getting closer to others on the heart level, gaining compassion and at the same time a wealth of self-knowledge is made possible by the old, rediscovered Hawaiian tradition of Ho oponopono: it is based on the assumption that all is one and that the outside world is a mirror of our inner being.
