Product details

This is a book by and with Sebastian 23, who first appeared at a poetry slam in 2000. That was a long time ago, back then poetry slam was a subcultural phenomenon and at home in wild, small bars and pubs. Wooden clubs and sabre-toothed tigers were still allowed on stage. Nowadays, poetry slams are still to be found in dimly lit niches, but also on large and well lit theatre stages, on television or even open air in front of thousands of spectators. And right in the middle of it all you still find Sebastian 23. This book collects his best texts of the last years, colourfully mixed, like a poetry slam: sometimes funny, sometimes serious, sometimes wild, sometimes silly, sometimes thoughtful. Stories, poems, dialogues and things that refuse to be classified. But what do I know - I'm just a blurb.
