Unique natural spectacles await on the paths through idyllic floodplains and river landscapes. Pure hiking pleasure can be experienced in the Freiamt, on the way to the monastery village of Muri with its impressive Baroque church, in the romantic Zurzibiet, Schöftland, or in Bözberg, where one can admire the 800-year-old mighty Linner Linden tree. And time and again: tranquil forests, breathtaking vistas, moments to relax. What could be better than unwinding in a thermal bath after a hike? You can enjoy a soothing dip in the wellness oases of Bad Schinznach or Bad Zurzach. Additionally, you will find innovative dining and wine establishments everywhere, where you can savor local delicacies in cozy spots. A total of 20 well-marked routes are presented, promising nature- and culture-rich hikes lasting about two to four hours. All hiking locations are accessible by public transport.
