In this autobiography, the stories and experiences of a child in a beautiful world are depicted. The life path and childhood stories take a completely new direction with the eventful escape from East Germany. The life that follows, with its ups and downs and the challenging start from scratch, is also addressed. It discusses the construction of the Wall, the regime of East Germany, and many stories involving the Stasi. The author’s youth, professional experiences, as well as the struggles in his career and the journey through various professions are described. Additionally, personal events, strokes of fate, and battles with the courts are thematized, often leading to moments of humor. Often, these are more memoirs or stories that life writes, which usually turn out differently in the end. The work also contains profound background, esoteric insights, and encounters with life and death. Only in his later years, through reviewing his Stasi files, do some things from his life become clear, and the traitor is revealed. Many personal matters are also clarified, including some children of whom he was partly unaware. All that remains are memories and reflections on his life journey.
