Adolf Krischanitz

In addition to buildings for living and working, structures for art and culture are a focal point in the work of Adolf Krischanitz, who recently exemplified how architecture can serve art with projects like the Temporary Art Hall at Berlin's Schlossplatz and the 21er Haus in Vienna. This publication presents his diverse projects across all genres, from furniture design to museums. Otto Kapfinger, an architectural theorist and publicist, has designed an open structure for the volume that effectively conveys Krischanitz's unique approach, his initially minimalist-seeming aesthetics, and the simultaneously sublime style of his buildings.
