Handbuch Qualität und Evaluation

This workbook demonstrates how each individual school can initiate and enhance pedagogical quality development. The focus is on teaching. Additionally, it emphasizes improving collaboration across all committees, from subject conferences to school management. It is (almost) self-evident that all of this impacts school culture. The numerous checklists, questionnaires, and templates facilitate immediate engagement. This manual describes the interplay between quality management and evaluation. Evaluation is divided into internal and external evaluation. External evaluation has been expanded and transformed in recent years, while internal evaluation has become a regular part of school life. Quality management also has two aspects: quality management by the individual school and quality management by the school system.
