This warning pertains to the nature of a compilation or collection of several topics that have emerged from the work of various specialists in swimming instruction. It is characterized by the author's intention to cite references that allow the reader to refer to the primary source and the author of the text, so that it cannot be misinterpreted. This training manual is aimed at professionals in the field of movement and sports. To facilitate understanding, we have written a general section for each chapter that addresses everyone. This book is not intended for commercial purposes but aims to assist teachers and coaches in promoting the sport of swimming. Its goal is significantly more modest: to familiarize non-specialists in an educational manner with the key methods for teaching and training a group of beginner swimmers. Therefore, it does not aim to exhaustively treat and analyze all the characteristics and peculiarities of instruction in this sport.
