Gusto Restaurantguide 2025

Gusto, founded in the 2000s, has established itself as an owner-operated culinary guide over the past twenty years, gaining a strong reputation in the German restaurant and gourmet scene. It has become a nationally recognized gourmet guide known for its reliability, seriousness, and transparency. The 2025 edition features nearly 900 restaurants that have been visited anonymously and evaluated in detail, objectively, and with nuance. The restaurant guide awards the culinary performance of the restaurants with a maximum of 10 Gusto pans. This edition also includes special honors such as Chef of the Year or the Newcomer and Rising Star from the previous testing season. Particularly exciting are the current top ten lists, which recommend especially innovative restaurants, the best vegetarian cuisines, or the most original non-alcoholic beverage pairings.
